We are looking for a Security Partner that will act as the main liaison between Digital Security, Cluster Leadership in Consumer & Marketing Technology, and Product Teams to ensure security initiatives are effective, proportionate, and aligned with business priorities. This is a brand-new position to the LEGO Group.
Please note that no relocation support is offered for this position.
In this role, you will secure a complex, data‑driven ecosystem spanning MarTech, identity and consent, customer data platforms, personalization engines, and creator and gaming environments. You will drive security‑ and compliance‑by‑design, strengthening identity, entitlements, and partner integrations, and ensuring secure implementation across GenAI, APIs, real‑time data flows, and user‑generated content platforms. Working closely with product and engineering teams, you will enable secure, scalable solutions by making security practical and aligned to business outcomes. As a trusted partner to cluster leadership, you will align priorities, influence decisions, and help ensure the right focus and resourcing for security initiatives. This is an advisory role focused on oversight, guidance, and proactive engagement rather than operational ownership, requiring deep technical judgement, stakeholder influence, and the ability to embed secure‑by‑design practices in a fast‑moving environment.
