Role

Responsibilities
* Provide generalist HR support at academy level, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
* Work collaboratively and proactively with the wider HR team to meet academy and trust‑wide priorities.
* Deliver an excellent level of customer service to stakeholders, ensuring their HR needs are met effectively.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted partner in all HR matters.

* A solution‑focused mindset and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships across the Trust.
