Location: UK Wide (Predominantly Midlands & South)
Sector: Restaurant & Pub Refurbishment / Fit-Out
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package
The Opportunity
A great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a specialist contractor delivering fast-track restaurant and pub refurbishment projects across the UK. You’ll take full responsibility for site delivery on quick turnaround schemes, often working to tight programmes that may include weekend activity.
This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys travelling and is happy to stay away when required. Generous TOIL is provided when projects run through weekends.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
* Managing fast-track refurbishment and fit-out projects.
* Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site labour.
* Ensuring programme deadlines are met on short-duration schemes.
* Managing H&S compliance, RAMS and site inductions.
* Controlling quality, snagging and handover processes.
* Liaising with clients and operational management.
* Maintaining site records, reports and progress updates.
* Staying away from home during projects when required.
About You
* Experience as a Site Manager within fit-out or refurbishment.
* Background in hospitality, leisure or retail preferred.
* Able to work flexibly, including weekends when required.
* Organised, decisive and confident running sites independently.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* CSCS essential; SMSTS and First Aid required.
* Full UK driving licence.
