Job Title: HR Administrator - 12 month Fixed Term Contract Directorate: Human Resources Reports to: Senior HR Business Partner Location: Hybrid, Lingfield Campus & Home Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (Full-time) All Year: All Year Salary: £25102 - £29019 per Annum (depending on experience) Closing Date: 24th December 2025 About The Role As our HR Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our friendly and supportive HR team. You'll be the first point of contact for queries and provide essential administrative support across the employee life-cycle, helping us deliver a professional, people-focused HR service. This is a varied and fast-paced role where priorities can shift quickly-sometimes it feels like a million miles an hour! That's why we're looking for someone who is highly organised, adaptable, and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Resilience and a solutions-focused mindset are essential, as you'll be handling sensitive information and supporting compliance with policies and employment legislation.
