Are you a driven sales professional with a proven track record of sales success, experience in financial service product sales and keen to work in an award winning business?? My client is a fast-growth, scale-up business in a high-growth market within financial services, and due to continued growth are looking for a dynamic Outbound Sales Executive to join the team to help drive sales growth, culture and market share.
The role will be varied. You will be given full support and autonomy to deliver meetings, excellent sales results and develop new broker relationships - led with integrity. The role will be focussed on data-led, front-end sales & BD to drive broker meetings and sales volume:-
Duties & Responsibilities
* Make high‑volume outbound calls to mortgage brokers and intermediaries across the UK.
* Confidently lead structured, professional sales conversations.
* Uncover commercial opportunities through effective fact‑finding and questioning.
* Identify and qualify live case opportunities for the sales pipeline.
* Book high‑quality, conversion‑focused meetings for Account Managers.
* Drive broker engagement that leads to increased activity, cases, and completions.
* Encourage and support introducer registrations and ongoing broker relationships.
* Follow up on campaigns, warm leads, and triggered opportunities.
* Maintain accurate CRM records to support pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
* Consistently achieve and exceed call volume, meeting bookings, and conversion KPIs.
