We are currently recruiting Site Managers for two separate Site Manager roles in Portsmouth, working on different projects.
Applicants may apply for one or both Site Manager roles, depending on experience and availability.
Site Manager Role 1 – Office Fit-Out Project
📍 Location: Portsmouth
📅 Duration: 3-4 weeks
We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to work on an office fit-out project, delivering fast-track works with a quick turnaround.
Site Manager Responsibilities

Day-to-day Site Manager duties on an office fit-out project
*
Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
*
Overseeing M&E configuration, strip-out works, and installation of new carpets and finishes
*
Managing programmes to meet tight deadlines
*
Ensuring full health & safety compliance
*
Liaising with the client and project team
*
Maintaining site records and reporting progress
Site Manager Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on office fit-out projects
*
Ideally from a trade background with fit-out experience
*
Experience delivering fast-track / short-duration projects
*
Strong understanding of M&E and internal fit-out works
*

Site Manager Role 2 – School Site (February Half Term)
📍 Location: Portsmouth
📅 Dates: February Half Term – starts 16/02/26
We are also seeking an experienced Site Manager to support investigative works at a school site during the February half term, working under a contract with the Department for Education.
Site Manager Responsibilities

Managing site access during investigative works
*
Supporting contractors on site
*
Providing regular updates to the Contract Manager
*
Ensuring the site remains safe and secure at all times
Site Manager Requirements
*
Valid Enhanced DBS certificate – ESSENTIAL
*
Previous experience working as a Site Manager
*
Background in general building or carpentry preferred
*
Strong communication skills
*
Available for the full duration of the February half-term works
