Duties & Responsibilities
* Design, develop and deliver end‑to‑end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and associated cloud services, enabling clients to modernise their operations.
* Take ownership of building scalable applications, integrating systems, and ensuring solutions are secure, high‑performing and aligned to business needs.
* Translate requirements into effective technical designs, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
* Maintain solution quality through testing, documentation and optimisation; support deployment pipelines and lifecycle management practices.
* Act as a hybrid‑based professional and hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain it.
Solution Development
* Design & develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Fabric
* Configure & optimise Dataverse including data models, relationships, and security
* Integrate & deliver solutions across Azure services, APIs, and third‑party platforms
* Build & extend custom connectors and APIs
* Collaborate & translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Implement & manage ALM practices, environments, and deployment pipelines
* Test & assure solution quality through unit, system, and UAT support
* Document & communicate technical designs, architectures and user guidance
* Troubleshoot & resolve issues across environments
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform
* Strong expertise in Dataverse (data modelling, relationships, security)
* Experience integrating with APIs, Azure services, or middleware
* Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate
* Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management)
* Understanding of RESTful services and JSON/XML
* Experience with version control and DevOps practices
* Strong testing and quality assurance capabilities
* Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
* Experience with Dynamics 365, CI/CD tools, or programming languages (desirable)
