Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for AO’S for our client based in Belfast City Centre. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI are completed.
Start date: 25th Sept
Rate of pay: £12.97
Duration: 6 months +
Hours of work: Full time 37 hours per week. The contracted hours are 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis. Currently, staff are working various shift patterns between 9:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.
No holidays can be accommodated in the first 12 weeks of employment due to training for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves delivering services for customers based in Great Britain, focusing on Pension Credit services with full training provided.

This position is full-time and office-based, with potential for remote work in the future.
Essential Criteria:
* Five GCSE/GCE passes (A, B, or C) including Maths (proof of certificates required)
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Proven ability to use initiative
