Project & Quality Site Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands‑on Site Manager to lead installation teams and take full responsibility for project delivery on site. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard, while maintaining strong communication between site and office.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage site teams to ensure productivity, quality, and accountability
* Oversee projects from installation through to completion and handover
* Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track
* Ensure all work meets specifications, quality standards, and client expectations
* Coordinate labour, materials, and site requirements
* Maintain clear communication with office teams and clients
* Enforce health & safety compliance on site
* Complete site reporting, inspections, and final snagging
Requirements
* Proven site management experience (construction, doors, façade, or similar)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to read technical drawings
* CSCS card required (SSSTS/SMSTS preferred)
* Good knowledge of health & safety regulations
* Proactive, solutions‑focused approach
