What you will bring
* 2+ years as an agency contract recruiter, focused on contract roles within the Energy industry.
* Passion for business development and winning new contractor clients.
* Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in closing contract deals.
* Clients that you can work with straight away and a targeted list of companies you want to target in the next six months.
* Proven ability to forecast accurately on contract revenue generation
* Entrepreneurial attitude and ambitious plans to scale.
