This role will be working for Robertson Facilities Management based in Teesside University, Darlington.

Your new role
To provide excellent food service, preparation, and hospitality throughout the catering department.
* Responsible for supporting the senior catering assistant with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
* Support staff and apprentices when working in the catering outlet.
* Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation are maintained.
* To meet deadlines and targets.
* To maintain and conform to standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with current legislation.
* To ensure excellent customer service is adhered to and that all customer needs are met.
* To comply with all relevant policies and procedures.
* To attend training courses as required.
What's in it for me
* Previous experience in a busy kitchen is essential (preferably school catering).
* Current and relevant food training certificates.
* The successful candidate will require a DBS Check.
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Term Time Only
