The role of Developer will include:
1. Participating in application-related projects and programmes, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
2. Identifying opportunities for system improvements and implement enhancements
3. Configuring applications to meet business requirements
4. Coordinating with vendors or internal teams for troubleshooting and updates
5. Providing 3rd line technical support for business-critical applications
6. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
7. Supporting audits and risk assessments related to application usage
8. Working closely with IT teams, developers, and external partners
9. Supporting change of management processes and ensure smooth transitions
10. Ensuring applications are optimized for performance and usability
Skills and experiences:
11. Experience with enterprise applications
12. Intermediate SQL skills for querying and data manipulation
13. Understanding of APIs, middleware, and integration platforms
14. Experience with service management platforms (Jira & Helix)
15. Experience in managing Windows servers
16. Knowledge of role-based access, authentication protocols, and data protection principles
17. Strong skills in technical writing and stakeholder communication

30. Effective 1st April role salary is £38,729 with an additional policy allowance of £7,819 per annum (rising to £40,768 with an additional policy allowance of £8,231 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
