Base pay range

HR ADMINISTRATOR - WELL-ESTABLISHED PREMIUM COMPANY - BASED IN POOLE - SALARY UP TO £29,000 - PERMANENT POSITION - OFFICE BASED WITH REQUIREMENT TO COMMUTE BETWEEN SITES

Carlton Young specialises in recruiting Accountancy, Finance & HR professionals. With a highly experienced recruiter and a fully qualified chartered accountant, we have the skills and industry know-how to connect applicants and businesses, helping businesses thrive and improve lives.

We are working with an established company with several venues primarily based in Poole. The company needs a HR Administrator to strengthen their HR team, responsible for circa 300 employees across multiple sites. Your responsibilities include:

* Processing new employees, including all starter and induction paperwork
* Managing emails, responding promptly and professionally
* Completing all online and system requirements related to HR
* Providing HR support and administrative duties to the team
* Ordering stock for the business
* Organising and booking training courses
* Supporting management with various requirements

The company offers a high-quality product and service, with a focus on presentation and customer experience. Members of the business are expected to meet high standards, including interacting with senior and high net worth individuals. Therefore, the ideal candidate should have:

* Experience in HR or a service environment
* The ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ambition to grow and develop within the role

The role offers a 40-hour week with a starting salary up to £29,000 plus benefits including:
