What You’ll Be Doing

In this vital HR Administrator role, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations, providing essential support that helps our teams thrive. You’ll be working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, ensuring our HR processes run smoothly while playing an important part in creating a positive employee experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Responding to HR queries from colleagues and external contacts with professionalism and care

Ensuring all calls and correspondence are directed to the right person within the HR team

Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records in our HR systems

Liaising with the employee services teams across our three parent companies to gather information and support

Supporting the onboarding process to ensure new joiners feel welcomed and prepared

Managing the HR inbox, responding to requests in a timely and efficient manner

Recording and filing sickness and return-to-work documentation appropriately

Gathering and reporting HR metrics for monthly updates

Producing ad hoc reports as needed by the wider team

Who We’re Looking For – Key Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and enjoys supporting others. You’ll bring a positive, can-do attitude to a busy and varied role, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver high-quality work.

Strong general IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office

Ability to multitask and respond promptly to urgent requests

Experience in an administrative or support role within a team environment

A calm and focused approach when working under pressure

This is a hybrid role designed to fully maximize team collaboration on the project, we offer flexible working where you will typically be working from your base CPS office, Leatherhead, Dartford or South Mimms up to three days per week and two days from home.
