Key Responsibilities:

4. Ensure compliance with the company's travel policies and budgetary guidelines.
5. Negotiate with travel vendors to secure competitive rates and favourable terms.
6. Monitor travel expenses and provide detailed reports to senior management.
7. Provide support to employees for visa applications and travel documentation.
8. Handle last-minute changes and resolve any travel-related issues efficiently.
9. Maintain a database of preferred suppliers and review their performance periodically.
10. Stay updated on travel regulations and industry trends relevant to the financial services sector.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Travel/ Manager Team Assistant should have:
11. Proven experience in corporate travel management, preferably within the financial services industry.
12. Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced workload.
13. Knowledge of travel booking systems and vendor negotiation techniques.
