We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events Sales Executive to drive revenue and oversee the sales of all events at Hurley House Hotel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong sales acumen, and have a proven track record in selling and executing high-end events.
The candidate must live within a 30-minute drive of our venue.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Business Development
* Proactively generate leads and convert enquiries into confirmed event bookings, achieving revenue targets.
* Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and local businesses to drive event sales.
* In coordination with the Events team, conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel’s event facilities.
* Work closely with the Marketing team to develop promotional strategies, packages, and seasonal offers.
* Maintain exceptional customer service and ensure all guest expectations are exceeded.
Administartive and Financial Responsibilities
* Monitor and report on event sales performance, identifying areas for growth.
* Maintain accurate records of all bookings, contracts, and sales correspondence in the hotel’s CRM system.
* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payments.
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in event sales and coordination within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or venue.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.
Please be aware that whilst only a short distance from Maidenhead, Marlow and Henley, the hotel is located in a rural location; therefore, having your own transportation arrangement is essential.
