The ideal candidate will have some administrative experience, preferably supporting multiple managers or a large team, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, commercial environment while managing multiple requests.
Strong administrative, organisational, and IT skills are essential, along with attention to detail. You will develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues in the HR team and line managers across the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to all customers, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
* Advise managers and employees on policies and procedures or direct them to the appropriate HR colleagues.
* Promote employee benefits and rewards, supporting administrative processes.
* Manage production and distribution of ID access cards, ensuring compliance.
* Support onboarding, payroll, and HR administration tasks, including contracts and changes.
* Ensure compliance with UK legislation and maintain records, supporting health checks and inductions.
* Maintain employee records securely and accurately.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Experience in a busy office or administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English (grade 4 or above).
* Excellent written English and ability to produce professional correspondence.
* Proven multi-tasking ability, methodical with attention to detail.
* Good interpersonal skills, approachable, and proactive.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with HR/payroll systems.
* Supporting multiple teams or managers.
* Experience within HR teams.
* Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
* CIPD qualification (first level).
