About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Sales Executive to support our Regional Sales Managers and develop strong relationships with Motor Dealers and Finance Brokers. The role will enhance Paragon’s Motor Finance Lending market share and reputation, providing an excellent customer journey for our Introducers.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Daily contact with Underwriting and Business Support teams to ensure service standards are met.
* Use introducer feedback to recommend and assist in development of new processes and loan products.
* Provide support and complete administrative duties on behalf of the Regional Sales Manager.
* Provide introducers with ad hoc quotations.
* Assess and administer Introducer applications before approval.
* Monitor and manage existing pipeline business.
* Produce management information for the Management Team.
* Contribute to achieving the business area’s objectives.
* Achieve personal objectives set by the Team Leader.
* Ensure completion of tasks within agreed deadlines and service standards.
* Attend training courses identified for personal and role development.
* Make regular contact with Introducers, growing volume support by building trust between introducer and lender.
* Deliver excellent service to our Introducers.
* Support introducers in an empathetic, confident and knowledgeable manner.

Working Hours
Monday – Friday 08:30‑18:00 (including one hour lunch). Total of 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid role: office three days per week.
