RTL Group are currently recruiting for a site manager to work on a groundworks package in reading for a long term scheme with a view to start this Monday. The package our client has got is, groundworks, drainage, externals and underground services.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Amending and working to RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Providing progress reports
• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.
Site Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid
• Highly experienced in groundworks and civils projects for sub-contractors.
• 5+ years management experience
