Senior Recruiter
Contract Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Manchester, UK (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Maintain recruitment databases, effectively and compliantly using the applicant tracking and reporting systems.
- Manage interview feedback and offer processes.
- Deliver a smooth and positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Drive hiring efficiency and support team scalability during the interim period.
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of international recruiting experience
- Good understanding of multiple job market, industry trends and the ability to adapt quickly when needed
- Wide range of experience and expertise on current external recruiting policies, practices, and trends
- Knowledge of relevant and creative sourcing tools and methods
- Proactive and able to manage and influence key internal stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and results-driven with hands-on mentality
- Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency and flexibility
- Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity
- Strategic thinking and tactical execution – anticipates roadblocks and proactively creates solutions to ensure success
