Job Description
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to work with this busy regional main contractor to manage the internals packages on a £30m new build office and manufacturing facility in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
Reporting to the site-based Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all construction activities for the internal fit out of this new 4 storey building. This will include offices, communal areas, cafe and restaurant, plus open areas for R&D, manufacturing and some storage, plus the main entrance area.
This is a flagship building for the end user client and as such will be fit out to a high specification.
Internal works commence in September, with the building due to handover in Summer next year.

The client is a regional main contractor with a strong pipeline of work in the Hampshire/Wiltshire/Dorset areas. The value of their projects varies but are typically between £10m - £30m, with the scope of works including defence buildings, manufacturing buildings, commercial and education, etc.
