Responsibilities
* Providing expert guidance to customers throughout the vehicle purchase process from initial greeting to vehicle handover
* Prospecting new customers through telephone outreach, event participation, and community engagement
* Maintaining and expanding a comprehensive enquiry database
* Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and attending manufacturer-led training sessions
* Recommending suitable add‑on products to maximise sales and customer benefit
* Using enquiry management systems effectively to follow up and track leads
* Delivering outstanding customer service to foster loyalty, generate referrals, and promote repeat business
* Achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and building strong customer relationships
Qualifications
* Previous experience in vehicle sales or customer service roles with a proven track record of meeting targets
* Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
* Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent communication and active listening abilities
* A valid UK driving licence
* A proactive attitude and willingness to develop within the automotive industry
