Responsibilities * Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure timely and quality completion of residential projects. * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel effectively. * Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. * Monitor project progress, quality control, and compliance with specifications. * Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction projects. * Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications. * Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage on-site teams. * Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
