About the role
Sales Executive £30,000 + bonus – up to £42,000 OTE
Location: Winnersh-based – hybrid working (3 days in the office), 37.5 hours per week with flexible options within operating hours (Mon–Fri: 9am–7pm, weekends: 9am–6pm). You’ll work one weekend day every other week.
An exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing car selling company seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Sales Executive. This role involves guiding customers through online car auctions, providing expert support, and ensuring a smooth process.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing a pipeline of customers selling cars via online auctions.
2. Reviewing seller listings and assisting with completing details before auctions.
3. Offering advice and setting realistic expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
4. Explaining the auction process clearly to customers.
5. Handling queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
6. Communicating via phone, email, live chat, and SMS.
7. Collaborating with the team to meet targets.
Candidate requirements:
* Experience in a target-driven role managing customer pipelines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Positive, customer-first attitude.
* Attention to detail and organized approach.
* Team player who can work independently.
* Confident across multiple communication channels.
* Interest in automotive sector is a bonus.
