About Our Client

Job Description

3. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
4. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
5. Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.
6. Coordinate and manage onboarding processes for new employees.
7. Respond to employee queries and escalate issues to the appropriate team members as necessary.
8. Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as announcements and policy updates.
9. Support payroll and benefits administration by providing accurate data to relevant teams.
10. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards throughout all HR activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

11. Previous experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
12. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
13. Proficiency with HR software systems and Microsoft Office applications.
14. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
15. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
16. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
