Morson Edge is delighted to be partnering with an International Business in Cheltenham to find a Senior Human Resources Administrator.
This role is ideal for passionate about HR operations and ready to step into a leadership role where you can make a real impact by leading people, improving processes, and getting hands-on with systems and data.
Main responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a small team of HR Administrators, ensuring productivity, quality and SLAs are met
Oversee day-to-day People Operations administration across the full employee lifecycle
Own and continuously improve onboarding, changes and offboarding processes across the UK and internationally
Maintain and optimise people system data, processes and reporting
Oversee UK and international benefits administration
Act as the main escalation point for complex queries and issues
Work closely with the wider People team on projects, audits and compliance activity
Ensure people processes remain legally compliant across multiple countries
Drive a continuous improvement mindset, identifying efficiencies with employee experience front of mind
About You:
Proven experience in HR or People Operations, with exposure to employee relations
Strong understanding of HR systems and people data
Confident discussing compliance, with solid knowledge of UK employment law (international exposure desirable)
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Proactive, organised and confident taking ownership from start to finish
Professional, approachable and able to build trusted relationships across teams
Discreet and confident handling confidential information
