Role: HR Manager
Location: South East (Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days home)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £45,000
The Role
We’re looking for a forward-thinking HR Manager to help shape the future of our people strategy. Reporting to the HR Director, you’ll lead a small HR team and work closely with senior leaders to deliver initiatives that support growth and strengthen our culture. From recruitment and retention through to engagement, L&D, and D&I, this role gives you scope to make a real impact and introduce innovative, tech-driven approaches.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the HR Director and leadership team to deliver the HR strategy
* Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for key roles across the business
* Drive employee engagement through surveys, feedback, events, and values-led initiatives
* Support learning and development via PDPs, training programmes, coaching and mentoring
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, including data reporting and action planning
* Research and introduce AI-driven solutions to improve HR processes
* Promote a strong culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
