Working with a leading financial services client who are looking for a Polaris SME.
This will be a BAU-type role to support role responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing the Polaris platform.
Polaris Developer, key responsibilities:
* Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve incidents or issues related to the Polaris platform
* Deliver small-scale changes, bug fixes and configuration updates as part of BAU support
* Recommend process, automation or configuration improvements to enhance the platform's stability
* Maintain up-to-date technical and support documentation, including runbooks and standard operating procedures
