Blue Inn Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in IG6, East London, just a 10-minute walk from Hainault Underground Station.
This is a permanent position, and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
The successful candidate will play a key role in recruiting construction professionals across a wide range of disciplines throughout the UK, while supporting senior management in delivering successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
* Candidate sourcing and resourcing
* Candidate relationship management
* Client account management
* Supporting the operational side of the business
* Managing the full recruitment cycle from start to finish
Requirements
* Previous experience in Recruitment and/or HR, ideally within:
* Construction Recruitment, or
* Residential Recruitment
* Excellent communication and written English skills
* Ability to work flexible or unsocial hours when required by the business
* Candidates with strong sales backgrounds will also be considered

East London (IG6) – approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Hainault Tube Station.
