We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join the delivery team on a major residential development consisting of both traditional housing and RC frame apartment blocks. This is a significant multi-phase project with an excellent pipeline of work, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.
You will work closely alongside a Senior Site Manager and a Project Manager, helping to drive progress across multiple work fronts and ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and delivery.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for managing daily site operations, coordinating trades, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. You must have strong experience across traditional house building and reinforced concrete frame multi-storey residential construction.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Senior Site Manager & Project Manager in delivering large-scale residential phases.

Manage day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and labour.
*
Ensure work is completed to specification, programme, and quality standards.
*
Oversee health & safety compliance, inductions, and site inspections.
*
Coordinate traditional housing plots as well as RC frame apartment block packages.
*
Carry out snagging, paperwork, reporting, and progress tracking.
*
Work closely with design, technical, commercial, and build teams to resolve onsite issues.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on large residential schemes.
*
Background in both traditional build housing and RC frame apartment blocks.
*
Strong leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
*
Ability to manage subcontractors and fast-moving site operations.
*
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
