You will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with a proactive approach to project delivery and strong leadership skills, ready to take ownership of multiple civil works projects across West Yorkshire. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and manage daily site operations for civil engineering projects. * Ensure all works comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel effectively. * Coordinate with project engineers and clients to achieve project milestones. * Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation. * Maintain accurate records and prepare regular progress reports. Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil engineering site management. * Proven experience in water, drainage, roadworks, or general infrastructure projects. * Excellent understanding of site safety and quality procedures. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Must live in West Yorkshire or within a commutable distance. * Full UK driving licence.
