Job Purpose
To manage the preparation and serving of meals in a safe, hygienic and efficient manner.
Requirements
* An Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to undertake and pass this course within 6 months.
Responsibilities
* Awareness of risks within a kitchen environment.
* Ability to count cash and cheques.
* Ability to follow defined recipes for the preparation of meals.
* Ability to effectively line manage staff, following Council Policies and Procedures.
