HR Officer (Permanent): Ballymena
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join the HR team, covering a wide range of HR Matters within the business. This is an excellent opportunity to grow as a HR professional and gain a wide range of HR experience in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent role based in Ballymena.

About the role:
* Maintain employee records using PAMS and ensure all records are up to date including contracts and job descriptions
* Responsibility of staffing requirements including recruitment and selection processes and liaising with recruitment agencies
* Providing support and guidance to managers on employee relations and on company policy and procedures.
* General HR admin as required
About the person:
* 2+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
* 3rd level qualification/equivalent in a related discipline
* Employee relations experience e.g. disciplinary, grievances and performance management
* (desirable) experience using PAMS
