Head of Human Resources – Interim - Salary £60,000 - £70,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits + Bonus Based – Farnborough – Hybrid Our client, a well-established financial services business, are searching for a CIPD Qualified (Level 5 or 7) experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor for a 12-month interim position. You will be responsible for leading and supporting the team of 3 in the Head of HR’s absence to deliver the current strategy for the 12-month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for proactively advising on ER best practice and promoting the HR function internally at all levels, including working with the Executive team being the voice of HR.
