HR & Payroll Administrator (Hybrid)
Location: Birmingham (Head Office & Remote)
Contract Length: 12 Months (Initial)
Rate: DOE

Ford and Stanley are seeking a proactive HR & Payroll Administrator to support a busy HR and Payroll function during a key transitional period. This is a full-time temporary assignment, offering a hybrid working pattern and the opportunity to contribute across two departments.

Key Responsibilities:
HR (4 days/week):
• Manage and resolve general HR enquiries from line managers and employees.
• Provide first-stage HR advice in line with internal policies and procedures.
• Triage complex HR queries and escalate to relevant subject matter experts.

Payroll (1 day/week):
• Support data entry tasks within the Payroll function using Oracle systems.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a focus on accuracy.
• Maintain attention to detail while performing routine and repetitive tasks.

Requirements:
• Proven experience inputting data into a HRIS system (essential).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
