Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Working Site Manager for a pub refurbishment / fit-out project in Droitwich. This role requires a hands‑on manager with a joinery background, who is comfortable working with tools while overseeing day‑to‑day site operations.
Responsibilities
* Managing day‑to‑day site activities and coordinating trades
* Assisting with joinery and site works as required
* Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard
* Maintaining site organisation and health & safety compliance
Requirements
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work
* Asbestos Awareness
* Joinery background
* Previous fit‑out / refurbishment experience is desirable
Salary: Negotiable (per hour)
Working Hours: 10 Hours
