About the Role
Due to continued growth, Prime Electrical Distributors are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Executives to help drive our next phase of success. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated B2B sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, developing new business, and making a real impact on company growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring excellent service and long-term retention.
* Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise account value.
* Work closely with the existing Sales Team to align sales activity with promotions and campaigns.
* Track sales performance, customer interactions, and pipeline activity to support informed decision-making.
* Negotiate and close deals while building strong, lasting customer relationships.
* Share insights on market trends and competitor activity to support product and marketing strategy.
* Help raise brand awareness through social media and company profile development.
* Efficiently process customer orders, returns, and enquiries, ensuring accuracy and a high standard of customer service.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in B2B, internal, or direct sales.
* Strong account management skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Confident negotiators with the ability to influence decision-makers.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Experience with lead generation and cold calling.
* Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing your own customer base.
* Electrical Wholesale experience is advantageous but not essential.
