Fawkes & Reece are hiring for multiple Freelance Fitout Site Managers for our client based in Castleford. The manager's will be overseeing leading supermarket fitout projects across the Northwest/Yorkshire & nationwide. Projects typically run 4 to 5 weeks in length before moving on to another project. Accommodation and fuel expenses are PAID.
Job responsibilities of the Freelance Fitout Site Manager:
* Manage supermarket fitout projects - working with leading UK supermarkets
* Ensure projects are on-time and to client specification.
* Report directly to the Project Manager and liaise with head office.
* Manage contractors and subcontractors on-site daily.
* Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
* Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives.
* Flexible with which projects you take.
