Job Description
3. Lead People Business Partnering, Recruitment, Payroll, and HR Systems teams
4. Drive the implementation of the People Strategy aligned with Langley's mission
5. Advise on employee relations, change management, and policy development
6. Foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture rooted in Langley's Christian values
7. Play a key role as part of the Senior Leadership Team
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be an experienced, values-driven HR leader with strong expertise in people operations, employee relations, and change management. They will be a practising Christian who can provide compassionate, strategic leadership while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with Langley Trust's Christian ethos.
