Job Description Total Experience : 4 to 7 Years Must Have Skills : Marketo Good English Communication skills Translate client requests into DB language to create campaigns Experience with SQL or other similar database SQL Skills - Must be able to write queries Experience in HTML, CSS stylesheets Javascript Good to have Skills : Ability to write complex SQL queries & complex stored procedures Front-end web app development Client side and Server side JavaScript Modelling, designing and creating DB for campaign execution Key Responsibilities : Setup, test and execute marketing emails, landing pages, forms, audience lists and flows for demand generations programs and more complex trigger, drip, and nurture campaigns. Execution of end-to-end campaigns; develop cohesive automated workflows and pulling targeted lists. Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Marketo, Salesforce and other marketing automation technologies. Understand and report on campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance reports as needed. Handle requests for special reports, data, and marketing tracking information. Troubleshoot Marketo related issues as needed. Assuring the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of marketing automation production services prior to final output/delivery. Working knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred, but not required. Assess content to ensure consistent and accurate branding and design and identify any issues. Ensure a thorough understanding of requirements, both from Merkle and our clients. Accurately maintain quality reports and relevant documentation. Qualifications Bachelor/master's degree in business, Marketing or information Systems or Computer Science 2-3 years' experience with Marketo preferred MCE certification required Experience with other marketing automation platforms is a plus 1-2 years' experience in basic Salesforce knowledge preferred Basic knowledge of Excel Basic HTML/CSS knowledge Excellent Project Management skills: Able to follow processes and self-manage project deadlines and SLAs Excellent attention to detail and a result driven approach Excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills High level of proficiency with MS Office suite
