Car Sales Executive Role
* Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journey—from initial inquiry to final handover—offering tailored advice and securing the best market deals
* Arrange test drives, showcase vehicle features, explain optional extras (financing, insurance, warranties), and upsell add-on products
* Generate and qualify leads, proactively prospecting potential customers via phone, email, and showroom enquiries
* Communicate effectively in a fast-paced showroom environment, ensuring high levels of organisation to manage appointments and follow-ups
* Build trust and long-term rapport with customers through active listening, empathy, and responsive support
Car Sales Executive Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in car sales; dealership background preferred but not essential
* A full UK driving licence
* Resilience and target-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure, commission-based environments
* Highly organised, adept at multitasking, follow-ups, and managing a pipeline of leads.
