Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Basic up to £33,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE up to £70,000) + Benefits
Our client, a highly respected and rapidly expanding vehicle leasing company, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their successful team in Bury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious sales professional to play a senior role in driving business growth. Key Responsibilities for the Sales Executive:
1. Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to completion and aftercare
2. Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships by providing tailored leasing solutions
3. Generate new opportunities via LinkedIn and other professional platforms
4. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach
5. Work independently with accountability for your own pipeline, whilst contributing to team success
6. Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and administration to ensure excellent customer service
7. Stay up to date with industry trends, finance products, and competitor activity to provide expert advice
What We’re Looking For in a Sales Executive:
8. 5+ years’ experience within the vehicle leasing industry
9. A proven sales track record spanning 10+ years, demonstrating consistent success
10. A proactive self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
11. Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
12. Resilience, determination, and a strong work ethic
13. An established LinkedIn presence with an active professional network
14. Experience generating business via social media and direct engagement
