Our New Connections team are responsible for generating new business mobile sales for Aerial Direct by selling O2 mobile products. Leads are generated from warm inbound PPC. Cold calling is not required. The team is growing, and Aerial Direct are looking for a new Sales Executive to join the team. Reporting into our New Connections Team Lead, you will be working predominantly with warm leads, building strong relationships to close the sale and onboard new customers. Based in our newly refurbished Fareham offices, the goal is to increase the number of customers we have using this product and generate revenue for the business.

Responsibilities
* Researching potential customers and inputting information about them to support the sales cycle
* Contact potential customers to build a relationship and continue to gather data
* Proactively follow up leads ensuring that targets and KPIs are met
* Using questioning and listening skills and support sales
* Building relationships with key decision makers
* Entering and updating customer information in the database
* Go above and beyond to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
* Manage the end-to-end sales process being responsible for your own leads
Qualifications
* Sales Either phone based or in person
* Perseverance and self-motivation to follow up leads
* Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner
* Adaptable to change
* Relationship building and management
* Used to working towards sales targets and agreed KPIs
Nice to have
* Experience working with telecommunication products
