O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Site Manager to supervise the civil & external works for a new high rise residential project in Chorley. Candidates MUST have experience in large scale projects and must have minimum 5 years’ experience in a foreman/Supervisor Role.
The Role:
* Working with Engineers/PM to deliver Externals Package
* Experienced with all aspects of ground works, drainage, ducting, cut & fill etc
* Strong knowledge of concrete works, foundations and walls especially
* Experienced with all elements of hard and soft landscaping
* 278 works
* Managing all labour and planning works in advance
Requirements:
* 5 years' minimum Experience within a similar role in the Groundworks sector.
* Excellent communicator.
* Able to use initiative.
* Valid CSCS and SMSTS card.
* Ability to demonstrate having previously worked on groundworks or heavy civils packages, inc. drainage, hard and soft landscaping, paving, curbing
