They pride themselves on exceptional customer service and are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join their busy bookings team. This is a B2B-focused role, ideal for someone confident making high-volume outbound calls, building relationships, and driving results.
Sales Executive – Details:
1. Monday to Thursday 08:30–17:00, Friday 08:30–15:00
2. £25,000 basic salary
3. Commission structure taking your on-target earnings to £35,000
4. Monthly reward scheme – up to £400 extra per month based on team targets

Sales Executive – Responsibilities:
7. Making high-volume outbound calls to existing and potential business customers to book appointments and demos
8. Handling inbound enquiries and follow-up calls
9. Asking targeted questions to qualify customer interest and suitability
10. Building rapport and maintaining strong client relationships
11. Managing diaries and appointment schedules accurately
12. Achieving personal and team KPIs and targets
13. Keeping CRM systems up to date with accurate customer details and outcomes
Sales Executive – What We’re Looking For:
14. Confident communicator with excellent rapport-building skills over the phone
15. Strong customer service focus with a professional, personable approach
16. Previous B2B outbound sales experience preferred
17. Experience working in target- or KPI-driven environments
18. Resilient and able to handle high volumes of rejection positively
19. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal CRM systems
20. Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
