A well-run and forward-thinking secondary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking to appoint a dependable and experienced Site Manager from January 2026 on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a key operational role within the school and would suit a Site Manager who takes pride in maintaining high standards across a busy and modern school site. School Information The school is a mixed secondary school with approximately 1,200 pupils, rated Ofsted Good, and benefits from well-maintained buildings and extensive outdoor space. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operational management of the school premises, ensuring the site is safe, secure, compliant, and well presented. You will work closely with senior leaders, administrative staff, and external contractors to ensure the smooth running of the school site at all times.
