What You'll Be Doing
Your main focus will be supporting the employee lifecycle and onboarding processes, while also providing essential HR administrative support. Responsibilities include:
* Managing recruitment and HR inboxes and responding promptly to queries
* Handling applications, coordinating interview scheduling, maintaining recruitment trackers
* Supporting onboarding - ensuring new starters are set up correctly and enrolled in Learning & Development systems
* Preparing offer letters and contracts
* Spotting opportunities to streamline recruitment and admin processes
* Providing general HR support when needed
