Sales Executive, Marine Hotel Ballycastle
£30,000 - £34,000 (pro rata) plus performance‑based incentives
Full‑time or Part‑time, Hybrid (3 days onsite & 2 remote / 2 onsite & 1 remote)
Location: Ballycastle, Northern Ireland
Role
You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across leisure, corporate, and events. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and event planners, while also representing the hotel at trade shows and networking events. Working closely with the marketing team, you will create engaging, values‑driven campaigns and identify new opportunities for ethical growth.
What You’ll Have
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel sales or a similar hospitality role
* A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
* A genuine passion for sustainability, community engagement, and ethical business practices
