Role overview
Our Machine Sales Executives are absolutely pivotal to our continued growth and success. As a rapidly growing business both in size and turnover, we're looking for new people to join our Machine Sales team and help us grow even further, acting as a Trusted Partner to JLAs customers. You'll be joining a highly successful sales team where you will be valued and rewarded for the contribution you make. Machines is a very exciting vertical with a range of products and services to sell. You will be responsible for the sale of our many products from the initial call through to closing the deal. xsngvjr
Key tasks
Machine Sales - Key Tasks & Responsibilities
* Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers from our data strategy team
* Responding to leads generated through out digital marketing, engineer and appointment making teams
* Developing sales opportunities in partnership with field sales colleagues
* Closing machine sales business over the phone and via email
* Cross-sell of products and divisions
* Meeting/exceeding dynamic KPIs set within the contact centre
* Work collaboratively with the team in operations and installations to ensure that JLA Sales and service SLAs are delivered
* Report on opportunity pipeline
* Follow the latest industry developments and staying up to date on competitors
* Understanding pricing matrix and margins

* Experience of outbound lead generation/telesales
* Experience of working in a customer-centric position either face to face or over the phone
* Experience in account management
* Have worked in a commercially driven environment
