HR Administrator – Lotus Technology Innovation Ltd
The HR team is looking for an all-round administrator who will be responsible for all HR administrative tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently.
HR Operations
1. Contract and offer letter creation
2. Creating letters, e.g. references, mortgage letters, salary increases etc.
3. Absence processing including that of holiday, sickness and time and attendance.
4. Employee Engagement: administration, prep, reporting
5. Maintaining HRIS (HR Information System - SuccessFactors) to keep up to date and accurate
6. Ad hoc administration tasks for HR team
7. Probations: sending reminders, writing confirmation letters
8. Filing
9. Ad hoc assistance with HR projects
10. HRIS data entry
Recruitment Support
11. Assist with coordinating candidate screenings and interview scheduling
12. Support the onboarding process for new starters
13. Help maintain applicant tracking system (ATS)
14. Contract extensions
15. Assist with job postings
Employee Relations (ER)
16. Taking notes in meetings
17. Writing outcome letters for various sensitive ER cases
18. Maintaining employee files and records
19. Be point of contact for employee questions and inquiries
Learning & Development
20. Assist with coordinating training programs and workshops
21. Maintain training calendars and schedules
22. Sending invitations and reminders to employees/participants
23. Maintaining Learning Management System (LMS)
24. LMS reporting
25. Collect and collating training feedback
26. General L&D administration support
Essential:
27. GCSE C grade or above in maths & English.
28. Experience using Microsoft office suite.
29. Accurate, strong attention to detail and a focus on maintaining confidentiality and upholding discretion.
30. A team player mentality and excellent communication skills are also key
31. Experience of using SuccessFactors as an HRIS would be beneficial.
